- Price:
$12.50/500MB or $16.50/1GB per day. GST, Administrative fees, rental charge and data usage are all included. Minimum 3 days. - About Data Usage:
You can use up to the total data usage during the rental period, even if you exceed the default data allowance per day.
Ex: Rental: 7 days (up to 7 GB can be used during the rental period).
Data usage and speed (Global Wi-Fi) If the total data usage for the rental period is exceeded, an additional 3 GB top-up (USD 49.50 each) can be added.
This data top-up can be used while roaming in eligible countries.
* If the data usage is exceeded within the duration of the usage period, the speed may be limited or temporarily suspended. In the event of suspension,
a 3 GB top-up will be required.

* Please note that in roaming countries, communication speeds may be unstable during congestion and at certain locations and times of the day.

After exceeding 500MB(1GB) per day, the speed will get slower. it resets every 0am in Japan Local Time.

Once your application is completed through the website, should you wish to cancel your service without incurring a cancellation fee, you will need to cancel 7 days before you are scheduled to receive the device.
Failure to cancel within 7 days will see the full rental amount charged.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
A Fair usage policy (FUP) applies to all our rental services and is governed by the ISP in your service area, these are put in place to ensure all users of an ISPüfs network receive a reasonable level of service as advertised.
If the ISP decides to enforce their FUP, the ISP may do all or any of the following: Limit usage timeframes, restrict data usage, restrict speed or access to certain services.
Please refrain from downloading massive amount of data, streaming movies/videos, playing online games, etc. If you continue to use excessive amount of data, Japan Wifi Service will not be responsible for any problems accessing the internet or any other restrictions put in place by the ISP. Should you continue to use excessive amounts of data you will be responsible for any excess charges incurred as a result.
Connection Quality
The nature and conditions of the signal will change from hour and hour. It will become difficult to use when the signal conditions are weak or disrupted. Signal conditions are subject to change frequently. Abnormal operation of the device may be experienced should the signal become weak or disrupted, this can be caused due to a number of factors at your location such as weather, buildings or interference from other devices.
Please note that all pocket Wi-Fi devices support a maximum of 5-8 devices, when running at full connection capacity a drop in connection speed may be experienced. Even with best effort delivery, you may experience slower speeds or connection loss depending on network conditions and traffic volume.
