Pickup and return in Australia
Receive and return can only be done by post.
Arrangements will be made to arrive 2 to 3 working days before your departure date from Australia.
* Additional postage charges apply.
Plans: 1-5 days, 6-10 days: $24.00, more than 11 days plan:$16.50 (2 way postage).
Returns must be made within 2 days of return to Australia. (If it takes longer than 2 days via another country, an additional fee will be charged).
* If you receive the item in Australia, you cannot return it at the airport in Japan and it must be returned by post in Australia.
Pickup and return at our airport counters in Japan
After you arrive at Japan, you can pick up and return Japan Wi-Fi items at JAL ABC counters in Japanese airports(Narita, Haneda and Kansai).
Please come to the counters with these items below.
1.Passport
2.Please be sure to check your "apply number" and other important information, which will be sent to you by email at least 5 days before the rental start date.
* Please note that if you do not have an apply number, you will not be able to pick up your rental equipment at the airport counter in Japan.
* If you have not received it, please contact "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.".
3. Pick-up shall be on the rental start date. For airport pick-up, the maximum keep shall be 2 days from the rental start date. After that date, the rental shall automatically be cancelled. * No refunds will be made for any reason.
You can choose to return it at a different airport in Japan (Narita, Haneda or Kansai) than where you received it.
* Please understand we do not accept the return by post in this case.
If you pick up in Japan, please make sure to return the equipment to the airport in Japan.
・If you mistakenly bring it back to Australia
In the case of a return to Australia, an extension fee will be charged up to the date of return to the specified Australian address. (Actual shipping costs within Australia (yellow Express Post Bag)). There is also a separate delivery charge of $150 to Japan.

Passengers transferring from a domestic flight need to exit the international departure hall.
Please pick up your baggage before passport control.

You can pick up and return rental Wi-Fi set by Australian Post.
We will arrange the service for you to receive Japan Wi-Fi by at least 3 working days before your departure date.
The postage cost would be charged ($14.00 for one way)
